1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using ClientsFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. About ClientsFlow
ClientsFlow is a client relationship management tool designed to help small businesses manage clients, follow-ups, activity notes, teams, and pipelines.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and use ClientsFlow only for lawful business purposes.
4. Client data
You are responsible for the client information you upload, import, create, edit, or delete in ClientsFlow. You must ensure you have the right to collect and use that information.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pricing and plan features are shown on the Pricing page. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal where available.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use ClientsFlow to send spam, store unlawful material, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, or use it in a way that harms ClientsFlow or other users.
7. Availability
We aim to keep ClientsFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, service providers, internet issues, or other events may affect availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientsFlow is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss caused by incorrect data entered by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are important, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continuing to use ClientsFlow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
